Armour or Evasion Rating?

Hello everybody,

My level 31 ranger has a problem. My ranger has 528 evasion rating and I use the passive 'Point Blank', which means I do 50% more damage to close targets.

Now is it a wise choice to use iron reflexes or should i better stick with my evasion rating?

Can anyone please answer?

I stayed away from IR until i was 45. Didn't have any problems then either. But I found some gear that made it make sense. Since you are running PB you will in the middle of the throng so armor rather then evasion might be a better idea.

IR is a must in my opinion. At lvl 55 I had 5k armor with nothing special to speak of in terms of gear.

Defenately IR.
The amount of armor I had with Grace aura + IR at lvl 40 was something like 5.5k.
Evasion is pointless to my mind withour IR.

Hey guys, with IR, ever since the buff to armor values to match those of evasion, does it still make sense to use evasion + armor gear to get a bigger boost as opposed to just pure evasion? Or does it even matter any more? I assume it would just be a 50/50 split, but I could be wrong.

i pref. stacking evasion over turning my evasion into armor.

armor doesnt defend against magic but u can evade magic ..

only a lvl 25 ranger and i have 780+ evation rating and im gonna go for iron reflex's, after that then you will be OP
