Shadow using Quarterstaff is viable?

Been putting in alot of time into your build idea. I decided to see if I could do the same thing but with the ranger tree since my personal goal was to make a staff build with iron reflexes. Right now im scratching my head figuring out how mix two paths, one for iron reflexes and another for the left area in the tree. So far the results are not any satisfy, i need some advice for tunning it.
