Does spell resistance penetration from skills like Celestial Judgement affect you when your spells are reflected?

It depends on what u mean. If u mean, u get more dmg, than yes. U deal more dmg, u get more dmg. If u mean, that reflected dmg penetrates ur resist, than no.

yes, it was specifically the additional resist pen I was curious about. I'm working on my first high crit character, using glacial cascade, and I needed to know if I should over cap cold even more because I didn't know if reflect would cause cold resist pen on my own resists.

You can rest easy then. Reflect is just damage returned, it doesn't even count as getting hit, the only additional properties it has are damage type and accuracy if an attack was reflected.
