i dont know how good that armor is in lld, but it looks awesome.

Well imho it's a swap chest (i would have crafted it in another way). You wanna craft res on it and then use it vs ee caster. It can also be used in builds that struggle getting enough resistances, so mainly those who utilize many uniques or some crit builds.
