Cant Afford a 6L +1 socket to gems? No sweat! On a Budget? Buy all the gear without Vaal mods and rock a regular Tabula! Can you use any other unique chest besides The Restless Ward? Yes you can! Just adjust your stats/Res to what you choose. Why did we choose The Restless Ward? After doing some Theory Crafting and Testing. I found out that the 100% Increased Frenzy Duration is Key to sustaining our massive 7 Frenzy Charges DPS During Atziri & Uber Atziri. How did I get a +1 Restless Ward? We bought about 30 Restless Wards from 1-2C and Vaaled them till we got +1. Than we Fully Crafted 6S6L using Lv8 Vorici. Now we have the ONLY +1 Restless Ward in the Game... LOL Jewels

Why this version of Incinerate Over others?
This version allows us to sustain a high Life Regeneration along with a 4% more multiplier to boost our DPS. Along with our 7L, the Culling Strike is a Global link to all of your gems. Everything culls! Your Whirling Blades, Tempest Shield, Incinerate, and Even your Punches! With this setup you gain 14% Movement speed from Blood Dance and 7% from The Restless Ward in-total 20% + 14% + 7% = 41% Movement speed! But with Blood Rage giving us an extra 25% Chance to gain Frenzy charges & synergy of 20% increased Attack Speed; such high Attackspeed, Whirling Blades makes it faster then running.. Did I mention an extra 42% increased Dmg when monsters are Low Life? We also have 100% up-time on Vaal Haste. Sorry for the Late Reply. Been working a lot. The Int is mainly from the rings, amulets and gear. A lot of Min-Maxing involved to save points from the passive tree.
I stream every time I Play PoE. Currently the Toaster build is InOp due to the missing gems like 21/20 incinerate and Empower lvl 4. A Friend is using them while we play the 1Month Race. I Live in the USA so i stream from 5pm PST to late. But will stream less due to working double shifts at work because a guy just quit and i have to cover for him. Any other questions just post here or ask when i am streaming. Thanks all PST. Just for better understanding, forgive me the noobish question: this is a pure fire damage build (of course incinerate), on all the other incinerate builds i saw there was a fire pen gem involved. Don't you need that?
