Evasion vs Armour and Evasion Question!!! Help!!

So I am getting iron reflexes

And pretend i have 1000 evasion rating

Which is a better choices, 100% increase evasion rating or 100% increase evasion and Armour rating?

In your example there would be no difference

The Iron Reflexes wiki page goes over the math for it.

In the example of having 1000 evasion, 100% increased evasion would result in 2000 armor with Iron Reflexes. However, if you had 100% increased armor -and- 100% increased evasion then the result would be the 1000 evasion is increased by 200% effectively, so it would become 3000 armor.

He was most likely referring to hybrid armor/eva nodes, they say '10 increased evasion and armor' which is in fact '10% increased defense if it has armor or evasion property' which also includes the case when they have both. It isn't the same as having 10% evasion and 10% armor, exactly like having 10% elemental damage versus separate 10% fire, lightning and cold nodes.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.
