"The deadline for submissions is Set 30, 2015 2:00 Antes do meio-dia (this is displayed in your local time zone)."

2AM - 2:00 da manha.
2PM - 14:00 or 2:00 da tarde.

Now that "2:00 Antes do meio-dia" is kinda weird. Does brazil use in that way? (I'm pretty sure they don't, but you never know)

Surprised also for me it is "The deadline for submissions is sept. 30, 2015 3:00 AM (this is displayed in your local time zone)."
As in my country we don't use AM - PM in writing , we use 24 hours style , but fine we don't need calculate , very great.

Yeah, it's kinda weird. We use "2 da manhã" or "2 da madrugada"... just imagining what the upcoming translation will look like.
Local times are nice, thanks!

But the German version is also a bit wierd. "4:00 vorm." is not too difficult to guess as "Vormittag" but it's not really used in written language. Anyway, adds some flavour and I can leave my thinking cap off :)
