Bloodrage is overnerfed

Frenzy Charges notwithstanding; It's not even any better for life builds. ~4% degen which cannot be mitigated (meaningfully), nofuckingty.
Several of my chars had acquired enough chaos resistance to passively sustain the old Blood Rage in half-regen and vulnerability maps. RIP all my Chaos Res suffixes, WTB Accuracy, Attack Speed, Attributes or literally anything else instead. Fark. Physical degen is all sorts of bad. Unintuitive and unimaginative. This is all better discussed in the actual Blood Rage Thread, but now we have a Pure Dex Gem which basically only interacts with STR mechanics. LOL PLS. IGN: Victory_Or_Sovngarde
It's not a 13 week development cycle, it's a 13 week supporter-pack cycle. You can play any build you want, as long as it's the current meta. |

" change low life status to be 40% of the sum of life + ES. there, CI nature will make it a great option for low life chars (pain atunement, red beak, ambus, etc..) while still leaving shavs as the go to for aura stacking builds. self found league fan

bloodrage was not overnerfed. what has been done is: CI got its free bloodrage removed/LowLife had its free multiplicative ASPD bonus removed. there is a difference between these statements.
bloodrage works as intended now " well.. and? The very same applies to endurance charges and to power charges for crit builds. It creates a tension in a build process while previously the tension for CI/LL players was 'where do i put BR gem for the free goodies'. right now all charges are powerful in their own right and all are 'mandatory' yet it is rather difficult to have all of them so player has to make choices. it is much better than it was previously and the only part that might need a change is the damage bonus value. current is.. well.. significant and just like all MORE multipliers can get out of hand easily |
