Stygian Revenant locations?

Where can we find them / spawn them via desecrate apart from A4 and Phantasmagoria? I believe I spotted them once on Bazaar, but I can't be sure.

I had them in the Pits a day ago, but they may have been a random spawn.

Hmm, k. Still, it would be great to know where do higher level revenants spawn for those stronger spectres, ya know. ;)

Mob types in maps spawn randomly. But i think there was a signature mob type for a map, meaning the possibility of them to spawn in phantasmagoria or malformation is higher. If they spawned there, u can get them through desecrate.
