GGG has nothing to do with them, so why would they know if it works or not? Just because they mention Path of Exile and the 59 other games doesn't mean they are affiliated in any way with any of those games/gaming companies.

It's a vpn, it can reduce latency in some instances but not all, you need to find out where that latency is coming from before you can determine if it'll work.
