item quantity mods

hi all
it might be an obvious for some of you, but i couldn't get any confirmation about this including wiki

i know that Item Quantity gem doesn't drop anymore, but my question is:

is Item Quantity mod still available for items? is it still possible to get that mod on ring or amulet?

It can't generate on magic or rare items anymore. Some unique items still have it, but that's it.
