Suggestion: Skill Gem Merchant or Skill Gem Reroll Currency Item

I think it would be cool if there was some sort of "merchant" or device that would allow you to combine skill gems of the same type for a small chance to upgrade the quality. Kind of like how gem quality orbs are a guarantee you will get an increase, but only that combining orbs of the same type will only grant maybe a 5-10% chance for quality. It would make picking the quest gem rewards and generic drops more worthwhile.

I agree with everything in this thread, I hope that the developers will like the ideas too.
