Using 3rd Party FPS Limiter Makes Windowed Fullscreen Run Better

Oh so windowed fullscreen was the issue. Thanks OP I'm going to switch to regular full screen and try to avoid alt-tabbing.

What about maximized windowed mode, i play on it and still have lags.

Just a bump cause using Afterburner and Rivatuner finally made windowed mode run perfectly with my new gtx1060, so it's still valid.

As a matter of personal preference, I use Dxtory as a frame-limiter, since it will force CPU utilization and has video capture.
MSI is nice and all, just not what I need personally. |
