If you follow my gear options, there are some deviations here. I felt like this was a good place as far as damage and survival goes. If you manage to corrupt curse on hit for gloves, or use curse on hit setup, you can grab Whispers of Doom cluster; otherwise, I'd pick up Trickery and Amplify.
