Constant Disconnects

Just started playing again after a long hiatus and noticed that I am constantly disconnecting. Roughly every 5-10 minutes. The screen will freeze for 5-10 seconds 2-3 times then eventually it will disconnect and go back to login screen. I have tried all 3 US servers, rebooted my router, rebooted my computer, dropped all settings to as low as they will go...no matter what it keeps disconnecting. I have zero connection issues with any other game/program I currently run. Any help would be most appreciated.

Isn't it like 1800UTC though? Maintenance should have been done 9 hours ago. Or am I reading that wrong?

same problem with me again i get disconnected from the game and go to the login screen like 4 times every 5 min i tried everything low specs or even 800 x 600 resolution and not working i'm i from Egypt so i think this is the problem
