Is Graceful Assault passive node worth getting?

"10% to get Onslaught for 3 seconds" looks really tempting, with some extra damage & evasion bonus on the way. But it takes 5 pts, I could also spend these pts on extra piercing and frenzy ball.

btw my build is ele split arrow, currently lv85.

passive points are precious and 5 is way too much for just a chance at onslaught
