Poe translation

I didnt know where to post this,so off topic is fine for the moment.

Hi i'm a 20yo guy from Italy that loves poe and plays it in the summer,my enlgish may wont be the best but is good enough to understand the game or to fit in the chat.

The main problem is some of my friend told me "the game is not in italian and therefore i cant play it as i would like,cause i cant understand it properly",which is kinda sad imo.
Because of this i think that poe is missing a lot of people,of course italian is not one of the most spoken language in the world,is not even spread,but i think we have the right to have poe in italian too :)

My question is,is there anything toward a tranlation in italian ? If yes,when is it going to be released?
If not,I am proposing myself to do it if needed,I need only to know how to add it to the game because i studied code in school but i'm not a programmer.
