PC on mana regen ammulet found on warbands

hey all would be great if i could get some help on this ammulet, found it on warbands it has spell damage, all res, life and high mana regen with craftable affix spot open. cant find much to compare to due to stats being good from what i see .

any help would be awsome if anyone knows a rough figure i could sell this for

I would put it up for 4 chaos, see if you get any bites. Should definitely go at 2.
