if anyone can help me with this id be greatful
Well I actually don't know since I haven't made dual-wield marauder, but I can at least throw few suggestions, right? Just pump-up your strength and add some dex every now and again... dual-wield skills are dex skills. I'd choose dual-wielding two one handed maces over swords or axes (daggers or claws are no good ofc)
Dual strike, flicker strike, bloodrage, temporal chains, viper strike (really good against bosses with high hp, but works only with "pointy weapons") and occasional phase run are your friends! Double strike to left mouse key :) Enduring cry might be very good in a tight situations.
Most str skills seem to fit slow hitting warriors better so I wouldn't bother with them too much

but really..if you want to go dual-wield I would choose duelist or ranger.
Well.. in the end how you play the game is up to you.

I don't have tons of experience at high lvls, but I did play a dual-axe-wielding marauder up to ruthless act 2 during the stress test weekend without much trouble. I ended up mainly just taking one-handed, dual-wielding, and axe passive skills.

For single targets I used dual strike, and cleave (note, doesn't work for maces) for aoe. Early on I used a life gain on hit support gem before I got enough life leech that I didn't need it anymore. the gain on hit is especially nice with cleave.

Other support gems I used were the one that adds a % of phys dmg as fire dmg, and attack speed increase.

I used anger for added fire dmg (and took lava lash passive skill). For harder npc's or large groups I sometimes used enduring cry for dmg reduction, and molten shell for extra armor. Warlord's mark is really nice too for extra life and mana leech when needed.

I'll admit I didn't get the gems to try out blood rage, double strike or viper strike (do these attacks use one weapon or two?).
I just stumbled into my character build but I gota say I really loved it!!

I used life on hit support gem with cleave and also enduring cry with immortal call during the beta. it was such an awesome build because the more enemies that swarmed me the more effective I became, gaining more health per cleave for each enemy as well as gaining more endurance charges and becoming invincible for short peroids.

This is probably the first game of its kind that feel has really nailed the character who becomes stronger the more surrounded they become, its so brillant!
Give me a lever and a fulcrum.....hold on boss whats a fulcrum look like??
