Constant Crashing, Game is Unplayable

Game crashes at random times within the first 5 minutes.
Ive tried changing video settings, resitting video card, changing sound output, trying different driver versions, even tried complete pc reset and windows 10 upgrade to no avail. The game just crashes over and over with this black box and sometimes it says "Exception" in the start menu. Memtest 86 showed no errors, no blown/bulging capacitors on motherboard, no hdd errors, GPU temps are good, fans running smoothly, and recently bought brand new 750 PSU (Used to have 600w last week and thought that was the culprit, before, the whole pc crashed along with the client, after upgrading now its just the client). help

Until someone more knowledgeable shows up, might check your modem. Run the Winmtr test shown in the stickies to check for packet losses.
