Can't install POE, Another installation in progress

Hello,


I just bought a new computer (with windows 10) and when I tried to install POE it says that another installation is already in process. I have never downloaded POE before on this computer let alone install it. I have searched the forums for this problem but none of the solutions worked. There is also nothing in any of my folders for POE/GGG other than the installer.

Below is a List of solutions I tried:

-Went into the registry and looked for anything POE/GGG related to remove but there was nothing there.
-Tried to look for a MSIexec.exe file t be removed from the task bar but there is not such file open.
-Restarted my computer multiple times.

So far nothing has worked.

If anyone can help me solve this problem would be greatly appreciated.
