Wiki regarding obtaining jewellers orbs from vendor is incorrect

The page here says that orbs of alteration can be exchanged for jewellers orbs.

You actually buy them from the vendor. The wording on a wiki is a bit weird, I would of said that you buy 1 jeweler for 2 alterations, instead of selling 2 alts for 1 jeweler.
