6 link question for ice crash

Hi i am currently using a 5 link with ice crash+ faster attacks+IAE+mpd+blood magic i have a 6link armour and was wondering if cold penotration or empower would be best to use thanks in advance

" Pretty much this. If your AoE for Ice Crash is massive, CE is the way to go since your AoE will still be big, but dealing even more damage. If your AoE not that big, but not that small, I would go with WED. The only difference, I do not use BM gem, and using Fortify over WED because of mana management. Despite having 44% reduced mana cost, WED would still be an issue. Probably until I get Shaper notable is when I can actually sustain using WED in a 6L setup. In the mean time, a little bit of DPS, and decent amount of defense still helps.
