chance items

can i chance for example a itemlevel 6 leather belt and can get a Headhunter? is this possible :P?

It's only possible to chance Headhunter in a nemesis map, but the ilevel of the belt doesn't matter.

does that mean, i have to mod a map to nemesis for 1 ex and chance the leather belts, in the map, to get a headhunter ?
