Transfer Coins?

I purchased some coins yesterday but on the incorrect account. Is it possible to have them transferred to my active account?

support can't transfer points between accounts. money spent for points cannot be reclaimed either. why you're not playing on the other account? offline

This account hasn't gotten any attention whatsoever, so my main characters aren't on it. I created the other account because this one went several days before being activated for whatever reason but the other account started up immediately.

have you tried mailing support? support@grindinggeargames.com
if you can prove you're behind both mail accounts maybe they do a exception. offline

I would suggest contacting support as well. Specifically, Samantha at support has been very helpful to me (with having accounts validated to the wrong email, switching them around, etc.) I would suggest sending a message to her, or anyone at support and ask if they can help you. They will get back to you within a day, they are actually very good about that.
