Divination Card monster mod

Since we already have Wealthy and Inner Treasure mods, maybe consider throwing in a new semi-rare mod that guarantees a monster will drop a zone/map relevant divination card. Shouldn't be as uncommon to see as the other two, but still rare enough so you'll always be excited to see it.
I hope that when the world comes to an end I can breathe a sigh of relief; because there will be so much to look forward to.

The bolted part is the issue with your proposition in my opinion.

I agree with the core principle though, a rare monster modifier in the "nemesis" set with the same rarity like "inner treasure" could be added.

Something like

"librarian" :)?

However, it should be able to drop ANY divination card, not only zone/map specific ones.

Maybe this would allow that modifier to be a little bit more common then inner treasure as a result.

Problem is, if you make it fixed to the zone/map relevant card, it will be "abused" to farm cards at a greater speed then intended.(rolling nemesis on every map with a favorable card)

But if it's a "random card", it will be exciting to encounter, but be discarded when rolling maps.

And the result might be Sweeeeeet, or a let down :), like inner treasure at its core. Fun to encounter, but not always rewarding.
