Poacher's Mark not working with Curse on Hit

Hey there,
Poacher's Mark does not work correctly with Curse on Hit.
The safest way to see it is because you don't get the green Frenzy-Bubbles if you keep attacking (I do with Reave). There may be an increase in attackspeed although I don't know if that is the fact or I'm just imagining things.

Poacher's Mark does not cause you to get Frenzy charges 'on hit'. That effect is a CHANCE to get a charge on KILL- nothing about it is 100% guaranteed on every hit/kill.

I see you have CoH linked with Herald of Ice. I think you'll have an easier time testing to see if it works if you place CoH+Poacher's on an attack instead of the Herald. With the setup you have, you're likely to not be cursing anything before it is dead (when linked with Herald of Ice, the only time something gets cursed is when something near it shatters on death), especially with an AOE skill such as reave as your main/only attack.
