Key mapping for lefthanded gamers

I'm a lefthanded gamer who have been using the keys: end, delete, insert, home, page up and page down for almost every game since 15 years back. Now playing the wonderful game PoE I sudenly cant map these keys, i cant even map the arrow keys.
Is this going to be fixed because im sure im not alone? About 15% of the population are lefthanded and cant enjoy the game as the rest. Are there any hopes for us? This thread has been automatically archived. Replies are disabled.
