CWDT+Daresso's Defiance

Anyone know if when you take damage with daresso's, do the endurance charges still affect the immortal call, or will they simply be consumed by the daresso's first? Thanks
Sure, the lab can be hard, but it's pretty easy if you're properly geared, and not terrible at the game.

I have played around with acrobatics and daressos in tempest last days and it seems the charges get always consumed by daressos.
