My skilltree is not working

it just say The server at cb.poedb.tw is taking too long to respond.

cant remember my build in my head sadly,

Yes, take the part of the url after http://cb.poedb.tw/us/passive-skill-tree/ and paste it into the offline skill tree program after the http://www.pathofexile.com/passive-skill-tree/ part.

PS Don't bother trying to go to the URL using a web browser, it won't work. You will need to use the offline skill tree program and 'load build' using your edited URL.
