does fork owrk with arc??

I saw someone saying fork works with arc but arc isn't a projectile so i have a hard time believing that

From the page: "Since it is not a projectile, Arc cannot Pierce or Fork, and it cannot be supported with Greater or Lesser Multiple Projectiles. Supporting Arc with Chain will result in additional chains."
