New act 1 town music.

Love it. A lot more... mystical. Is this updated in the supporter pack for soundtrack?

Its not yet, new songs that cant be found on the ST will be uploaded after they have been mastered, which will be done in groups of songs.

I don't really have a ETA on this but it may be a fair while.

I actually downloaded the mp3s again but they are the old ones. I'm also interested in having the new ones.

I've got to say I rather like it as well, although I was hoping there was newer music out there due to it!

Please give us an option to use the old town music. I found the old town music more... atmospheric for the starting area of the game. The new music belongs somewhere else, perhaps in Act 4 or in one of Act 3's new planned areas in a future patch. Or even somewhere else in act 1.

I think it gained several magnitudes of awesome :)
Now I hate it even more that even 100 % on the music slider is a bit on the silent side...

i liked the new music a bit more, but still sounds so sad :P A bit of evilness wouldn't harm you know ;)

Should of saved this version of it for an epic point in the game, perhaps after the death of Piety, or the dude in the trailer.

Let's just wait until they raise the bar on the other tracks as well. Let me be absolutely clear once more: The new version is great.

I don't like the direction the music is going in. The act 1 town music seems out of place; it feels rather bloated and overbearing. Music shouldn't try to upstage the game. All game music should aspire to be what Diablo 2, act 3 is. The current music is flashy and epic sounding, and would be great in certain situations, but not for beginning town music. I don't know if I sound contradictory, but game music is one of those things that's difficult to get just right.
