Take one item from a stack

Today we have to shift+click and press ok to select one item from a stack. Would it be possible to make shift+double click just take one item from a stack without having to press ok?

That would make it easy and fast to just grab a single orb.

I do it once in a while... For example if I want to go back to town to grab a Vaal or Chance Orb to use on a chest. I don't carry them normally as it is rare I use them, and after having used them I want to use the inventory space for loot.
That being said, I'd have an improvement like this quite low on my list of things I'd like to see in the game... :-p
