Can someone critique my caster templar build

Would like to say im using freezing pulse. I dont enjoy summon builds so dont mention those here. However i will use spell totem with summon skele for the decoy when im playing solo but other than that i will not. If anyone has any suggestions please leave. i am open to all ideas. I will be using double curse also. Not sure which 2 was thinking elemental weakness and the one that reduces a targets cold resist, please leave your thought on which 2 curses would be best for this build.
