hey im asking on behalf my brother he has level 70 scion and wants to play
he liked to play something that can hold its own but can pump out alot dps. |

take a look on scion build , some guys play in warband, fresh league, if u see they handle the whole content of the game so its viable

Im playing libs poison arrow scion pretty good, very fast clear rivals mirrored gear. Bosses can be slower since they stack a lot of chaos resist still pretty doable http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1296491
