Atziri's Foible Bug

When i'm on my Passive Skill Tree it tells me that I need 3 more intelligence to use my bow but I can already use it (and all my other items) because I'm using Atziri's Foible.

Skill tree will only reflect your actual traits, and compare them to the actual number you need to use your gear.
The reduction for the Foible (and all other "reduced requirement" items) never shows up on the tree. |
