Bow Templar?

So i was just wondering if bow templar is viable in non HC and if anyone can help me with a build or guide? thanks in advance.

I tried this with one of my char reset .....didnt play poe for a few years

Character was lvl 77 ...used LA with GMP and other gems (6L) and fire arrow for single target , had hard time to stay alive ....but I will come bk to this build and maybe tweak sumnt.
