Yes, but there isn't a dedicated trade channel for anything. If you want to make one just do it and let everyone know what it is, be sure to pick a large number so it doesn't get random people in it.

Yes, please. I really want people to create more dedicated trade channels for things, actually. Would probably help buyers more than sellers, though, so I'm not sure how many sellers would bother to jump on.
We're all in this leaky boat together, people.

Actually, dedicated and moderated trade channels for (some) specific things might not be a bad idea. Players can still "claim the deed" to whatever random channel and promote a certain kind of trading there, but a few "official" channels for specific things might help players cut through some of the traffic in regular channels. Which is basically the #1 complaint about our current trade chat system..
