Curse On Hit - Herald Of Ice - Warlord's Mark

Hey, I want to use this gem setup but it just doesn't want to work. I'm using Reave. Already asked on Global Chat and everyone told me it should work. Has it been shadownerfed?

What are you expecting to happen? Because if you're expecting every hit of Reave to curse, that's not how it works. HoI works with CoH, but only the actual on-kill explosion from HoI applies the curse, not the damage added to other skills.
If that's what you're expecting to happen, and it isn't happening...I have no idea, because I'm using it for Assassin's Mark and it's working just fine. Yeah, the explosion doesn't apply Warlord's Mark. Should I try with Herald of Thunder?

There was an old bug where it wouldn't work, but I thought that was fixed in 2.0.

Herald of Thunder works. Well, seems like that bug still exists :/
