Infernal Blows + Resolute Technique HC Build

I really like the synergy you get when going Mace + Shield + Infernal Blows. Currently 35 in HC, and this is the final build I am moving towards. Would appreciate some critique :)

Looking for some ideas on expanding the effectiveness of Infernal Blows, while also maintaining high defenses. Does my final build have enough defense for HC Merciless?
