CRASH-ABUSE: Rain Hideout Decoration

The rain hideout decoration https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jhg7e6yKaSY can be abused to not only place one rain - as shown in the video - but place up to 100s of these in your hideout. Even 5-20 will crash anyone whose pc isn't suited for much more than PoE.

Fix: Just restrict to use this decoration in the vicinity of another Rain Hideout Decoration or your area of choice.

Dominsu sims way beter then before, tho Piety A3 sims way worse now.

Dominus' rain is a single object, that's really large.

Each individual rainfall effect in a hideout imposes nearly the same load as ALL of the rain atop the Scepter.
