Righteous Fire Conc Effect/Increased AoE graphical bug

So socketing either the conc effect or increased aoe gems into a righteous fire setup moves the ring of effect opposite the direction that it should move.

Notice here that I don't have conc effect in my chest and note the ring size.


Then, when I socket the gem in the chest the ring actually gets BIGGER.


It's a small bug and the actual damage area is unchanged once all the gems are socketed back in but it's just something I noticed.
