Reset Timer for Master Daily Quests

As a casual player, I don't always recall the last time that I did my masters daily quest. What would be helpful for me is:

1. Have the masters daily quests reset at a specific time each day (something like 00:00 Zulu),
2. Have a count-down timer when you hover over the daily quest link to indicate how much time is left before you can do the quest again.

Currently I think I did the daily yesterday at a particular time, but there really isn't a way for me to be sure unless I keep coming back to the master. Its more of a quality of life improvement, but I think adding something like this would be a simple change/addition.

1. That's already how it works.
2. Just know what time they reset. The UI has a built in clock you can show to make it easy.

The UI clock is local from your own PC not from the servers.

UI Clock is "your time".
But master dailies reset everyday at the same time (which is Midnight, UTC).
Use "timezone converter" to know (one-time issue) "when it is" for you.
Problem solved.
