OKAY, IMPORTANT POST!
The list as it currently stands is of the cards that drop on Merciless difficulty. When I get home from my doctor's appointment, I'll see about editing the list to add a minimum drop difficulty. I have edited the OP with both this information AND the preferred screenshot method for proving a divination card drops, where, and when! I'll also be going over the changes to the card list on the wiki. WE WILL BE ACCUMULATING SCREENSHOTS HERE INDEPENDENTLY, so be ready--I plan to make this a project! I got this in Bazzar 77 map

I have got "The Scholar" divination card dropped in "The Library" on normal difficulty. I have no screen shot because I didn't find this thread until after the event
