BUG - Double cast (no spell echo support equipped) with Discharge

Hi,

Since the Awakening was released, my Discharger has been experiencing some sort of "double cast" bug. This bug seems to only occur on Discharge as far as I am aware as it's not a spell you normally want to spam or equip Spell Echo to. At first, I thought it may be due to lag as my ping fluctuates between 40-100 ping. But the more I play, the more it is apparent that this is likely a bug.

At the moment it feels really random since I am unable to pin-point what is causing it. Some instances, I will triple-cast, which is really unfortunate as it will completely drain my charges (power, frenzy, endurance). The last sentence means it's not a visual bug. I do have a Voll's Devotion equipped if that answers any questions.

Unique items equpped: Divinarus, Voll's Protector, Voll's Devotion, Void Bringer, Blood Dancers -- all of which doesn't seem to have a chance to cause double-casting.

Double-checked, no Spell Echo linked to Discharge. Also, haven't seen the double-cast shrine in a while.

EDIT: Please note that it's also not possible to accidentally manually double cast it, as there is a small enough delay to prevent this. And I did also made sure it was a single key stroke.
