HC Templar build suggestions?

As the title states, I'm currently working on a Templar build. Will be going Freezing Pulse as my main damaging spell and haven't quite found which single target spell I whill be using, but atleast it will be a crit heavy build.
This is the passive tree I've been playing around with a bit:

I got a lvl 60ish Ranger (Nugiyen build) on default just to get the hang of the game, and have NO clue of how a mana caster is working.. Would love any help I can get!

Edit: Any spell build suggestions also? Thought Freezing Pulse + Faster Casting + Faster Projectiles atleast would be nice?
