2nd are change stops loading(Not Responding)
I keep on getting "Not Responding" issue every time I changed area the second time. for example when I Log in and spawn in the town I would be able to change map once meaning I can Port to the Map before Mud Flats and Tidal Island. If I chose to move back to town or enter Mud Flats or Tidal Island i will get a "Not Responding" issue meaning even if i wait for 3hours for it to load it wont load. I can still background music still going. i tried lowering the graphic settings as well as re installing my GPU drivers and re downloading and re installing Path of Exile. I did thru steam by deleting the Local Files and Re downloading it. Heres my DxDiag Results as i saw in the forum u guys always ask for it.

I'm also having this issue. Any help would be appreciated. Recently upgraded to windows 10 if that matters (although I can't say if that caused the issue since I wasn't playing before)

I had this same issue. Strange as it sounds, my problem turned out to be a permissions issue. I had to go through and give full access to my account and the "Home Users" group to my Path of Exile files; be sure to set all child folders to inherit those settings as well. That is both the game directory and the cache is the documents folder. You might try doing that, I will include the default path to those files, if you install via Steam.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Path of Exile C:\Users\"YOURUSERNAME"\Documents\my games\Path of Exile I found this solution because my settings were no longer saving when tried to change them. I could change them in game and everything would take effect, but when I logged back on (Even if I logged out correctly beforehand, ie. no game "crash"), the settings were all reset to before I made the change. So, I made sure I had full access to the POE files in order for the changes to the settings to stick, and what do you know the Not Responding issue was fixed with it. Hope this works for you all.
