Voidscream not spawining in Mines level 2

It appears that Voidscream, a unique mob that spawned in the Mines level 2 in beta, is not currently spawning. I have fullcleared the area (0 monsters using /remaining) and he is not there.
This would normally not be an issue; however, killing him is required for the "Kill these Unique Monsters" challenge for the challenge leagues. This thread has been automatically archived. Replies are disabled.

It may be that he is a bit more random spawn. Eyepecker and the unique dog don't show up in some instances of Daresso's Dream for example.

" Voidscream NEVER spawns. I checked with some people and no one had found him. I also full cleared mines level 2 multiple times; not sure on daresso's dream, are you sure they didn't just spawn in some dead end somewhere? It has a lot of those. |

Can confirm not spawning. I think this needs to be fixed ASAP considering one of the challenges involves killing him.
