Can't buy coins. Steam wallet.

Greetings,
I play PoE in Steam and in single game client(because this game not for my region for steam I use VPN). Now I can't buy coins from steam wallet ( already active steam overlay ) , I open the game and go to shop by pressing M and click add coins then, I receive system error "Steam purchase failed" P.S. Isn't actual, the discount ended.

The stash tabs go on sale about every month. Just wait a few weeks and it will come back up.
