fragility actually does have a purpose 2 of them and a Ahn's Heritage, Colossal Tower Shield, Ummmmmmm permanant onslaught on some builds, seems pretty useful to me

Yeah the -1 charge jewels have a (very fringe) use to make you be always on max charges.

increased damage while dead - zombies and skeletons are definitely dead so they benefit from it.
